Blue Collagen Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl looks like it’s ready to start singing Let It Go,

Ingredients :
  • 1 1/2 cups mango, chopped and frozen, (250 grams)
  • 1 cup banana, chopped and frozen, (150 grams)
  • 3/4 cup Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk, divided, (6 fl oz)
  • 2 scoops collagen, (22 grams)
  • 1/2 tbsp butterfly pea powder
Directions :
  1. Freeze half of the coconut milk into ice cubes.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more coconut milk if needed to blend completely.
