Buffalo Chicken Casserole

This creamy Buffalo chicken casserole combines spicy hot sauce and ranch-style flavor with chicken, cheese, and pasta for a hearty meal that’s so much easier than making chicken wings.

Ingredients :
  • 8 ounces ziti pasta , uncooked
  • 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese , shredded, divided
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
Directions :
  1. Cook pasta al dente, drain, and cool. Set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine.

  4. Add in celery, onion, hot sauce, and half the cheese. Stir to combine.

  5. Fold in the chicken and cooked pasta.

  6. Spread into the prepared dish and top with remaining cheese.

  7. Bake at 375F for 25-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbling.

  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions. Serve warm.
