Pineapple Teriyaki Burger

Pineapple Teriyaki Burgers are the ultimate in juicy and sweet gourmet burgers using field greens, onion jam, pineapple slices and teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients :
  • 2 BUBBA burgers
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 2 tablespoons onion jam
  • ¼ cup field greens
  • 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
Directions :
  1. Place the frozen burger directly on a preheated grill (350°F on indirect heat) or skillet (medium heat).

  2. Wait for the juices to rise to the top without moving the burger around and do NOT press on it with a spatula, approximately 4 to 6 minutes. Browning is a good thing, it helps to develop natural flavors!

  3. Flip the BUBBA burger and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes or until your desired doneness.

  4. Allow the burger to rest. While the burgers rest, place the pineapple slices on direct heat, flipping once after 1 minute. They should easily develop char marks.

  5. Assemble the burger by placing field greens on the bottom, then your burger, a healthy slathering of onion jam, two pineapple slices and a drizzle of teriyaki sauce.

  6. Enjoy open-faced or top with the other half of the bun.
